**Responsibilities**:

- Working closely with the Creative Director and cross-functional partners to create a roadmap for advancing digital marketing assets
- Working with the production team to develop materials, guidance, and templates to elevate the quality of work produced by all designers on the team as well as having a handle on industry tool trends
- Proactively sourcing and managing resources (e.g., external designers or freelancers), developing digital tools and processes
- Pivot to support print design needs as needed
- Managing the project pipeline and ensuring quality and output
- Help build design culture within the Company

**Requirements**:

- A degree in design or a related field
- Minimum of **5 years **of experience in a creative environment, ideally for global business or technology companies
- A portfolio of real work including web experiences, event, and spatial design, and branding
- Strong grip on Figma and digital design systems with experience in print and tools associated
- Conceptual storytelling experience a plus
- Excellent communicator for providing design narrative, defending creative choices, and working with others
- Highly self-motivated, problem-solver with a proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple (sometimes changing) projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- An understanding of the limitations and possibilities of web graphics and design, including image optimization, font use, user interaction, etc.
