**SOBRE MAGNUS POST STUDIOS**

Magnus Post es un Estudio de Post-producción remoto, con sede en Atlanta, GA. Editamos vídeos para importantes productoras de diferentes ramas de la industria cinematográfica, como Wedding Films, Commercial Ads y Documentary\Fiction films. Desde 2021-2024 hemos editado casi 3.000 vídeos y nuestro equipo ha crecido de 5 miembros a casi 25.

Eres un representante de ventas y marketing talentoso, capacitado y apasionado, que ama el cine y cree que nuestra marca puede ser un vehículo de crecimiento creativo y financiero ILIMITADO para ti y todos los miembros del equipo. Debes ser una persona ambiciosa, con gran capacidad de gestión del tiempo, y gracia a la hora de enfrentarte a un escenario de ventas. No creemos en el micro-management entonces debes tener suficiente conciencia de ti mismo/a para plantearte objetivos y cumplirlos.

**SALARIO Y BONIFICACIONES**
- Salario Base**:3’500.000 COP Mensuales**
- Comision de Ventas**:5% por contrato cerrado (USD)**
- Bonificaciones especiales por lograr objetivos de crecimiento en Redes.

**RESPONSABILIDADES**
- Constante desarrollo de Estrategia de Marketing y Ventas.
- Colaboración con Content Creator y CEO en función de crear el calendario de contenido mensual para redes sociales.
- Gestión de proyectos del departamento.
- Crear Caption y Publicar el contenido.
- Community Management (Enfocado en Ventas)
- Implementación de META y GOOGLE Ads
- Creación de activos visuales para redes sociales utilizando herramientas dentro de la aplicación como historias de IG y y Utilizar plantillas de aplicaciones terceras como Unfold o Canva para crear imágenes informativas.
- Liderar la creación y desarrollo constante de Base de Datos que fortalezcan nuestros esfuerzos en ventas.
- Sesiones de ventas independientes y con CEO (correo electrónico, DM o llamada directa si es necesario)
- Mantenimiento mensual de plataformas como Google my business, Indeed, Linkedin, Productionhub, Upwork.
- Gestión quincenal de contenido del Sitio Web
- Distribución y Promocion de nuestras producciones a través de redes sociales (IG, Tik Tok, Youtube), concursos y Festivales de Cine
- Participar en Viaje a festivales de cine y mercados cinematográficos con el CEO y COO.

**REQUERIMIENTOS**
- 3-5 años de Experiência en Marketing Digital.
- 1-2 años de Experiência en Ventas.
- Case Studies con sustentación.
- Experiência creciendo cuentas de IG y TikTok (Se requerirán sustentaciones).
- Nível de Ingles mínimo B1.
