**Job Title: Sales and Marketing Specialist**
**Responsibilities**:
**Sales**
Cold Calling: Make a minimum of 150 cold calls per week to potential clients, following a pre-established script but also personalizing conversations where needed.
Client Conversion: Achieve a minimum lead conversion rate of 5%, translating to approximately 5-7 new client sign-ups per week.
Revenue Goals: Meet or exceed weekly revenue targets
Client Relations: Maintain and deepen relationships with existing and newly acquired clients, aiming for a customer satisfaction score (CSAT) of 90% or higher.
**Marketing**
Content Distribution: Share and promote marketing content, monitoring engagement metrics to evaluate the efficacy of each piece or campaign.
**Strategy**
Weekly Planning: Develop and roll out a new marketing strategy each week, aimed at customer acquisition and retention, and present in a weekly Monday morning meeting.
Targeted Campaigns: Implement specialized strategies for different customer segments, aiming for a 5% better conversion rate as compared to generalized strategies.
**Reporting and Documentation**
Activity Reporting: Complete a comprehensive weekly report outlining all sales and marketing activities, outcomes, challenges, and opportunities. Submit this report every Friday for review.
Market Feedback: Collect and report feedback from clients and potential leads to inform future sales and marketing strategies.
Time Management: Ensure deals are closed within a 14-day window from initial contact, monitoring and documenting time-to-close for all client deals.
Salary for Position: $1,500 plus monthly bonus if KPIs are met
This position is completely remote.

Campañas de Correo Electrónico: Administrar campañas de correo electrónico semanales con el objetivo de generar leads y retener clientes, apuntando a una tasa de apertura del 25% y una tasa de clics del 5%.
Seguimientos: Realizar un mínimo de 50 contactos de seguimiento por semana, a través de correos electrónicos, llamadas telefónicas u otros canales, para asegurar o retener negocios.
Distribución de Contenido: Compartir y promocionar el contenido de marketing, monitoreando métricas de compromiso para evaluar la eficacia de cada pieza o campaña.
**Estrategia**
Planificación Semanal: Desarrollar e implementar una nueva estrategia de marketing cada semana, enfocada en la adquisición y retención de clientes, y presentarla en una reunión cada lunes por la mañana.
Campañas Especializadas: Implementar estrategias especializadas para diferentes segmentos de clientes, apuntando a una tasa de conversión un 5% mejor en comparación con estrategias generalizadas.
Informes y Documentación
Retroalimentación del Mercado: Recopilar e informar comentarios de clientes y leads potenciales para informar estrategias futuras de ventas y marketing.
Gestión del Tiempo: Asegurar que los acuerdos se cierren dentro de una ventana de 14 días desde el primer contacto, monitoreando y documentando el tiempo hasta el cierre para todos los tratos con clientes.
Salario para el Puesto: $1,500 más un bono mensual si se cumplen los KPIs
