**Marketing and Sales Manager Eylia**
**TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Lead the development of the Integrated Brand Plan (IBP) and Customer Activation Plan (CAP) for Eylia in PACA Region, adapting and incorporating global marketing strategies, as well as local marketing and commercial strategies.
- Lead cross-functional collocated and noncollocated TA team (incl. Commercial Operations, Market Access, Medical, MSO) to ensure the execution of marketing and commercial plans/programs/campaigns (ie. internal and external events, promotional materials and guidelines for sales force, brand-related projects, digital go-to-market model, etc), according to strategic priorities. Responsible for defining and clarifying objectives, managing timelines and resources needed, defining, and monitoring relevant KPIs.
- Lead launch preparation and excellence process across sub-region markets in cooperation with relevant regional enabling functions. Accountable for all necessary pre/post launch brand-related activities (e.g. BC modeling, sales force training, promotional materials, pricing strategy, product codification in clients, advocacy plan, multichannel call plan, etc.).
- Accountable for Eylia P&L in the PACA Region.
- Responsible for financial planning process and steering for the brands in the PACA region (forecasting for production, pricing, revenue, marketing cost, G2N).
- Accountable for preparation of Business Reviews, Deep Dive and other business discussions related with the brands, with different audiences at regional and global levels.
- Proactive and direct interaction with key stakeholders (payers, HCPs, patients league, customers, societies) to obtain market insights, sense business conditions and trends, identify new business opportunities, develop strategic alliances, and promote proactive development of advocates for the brands.
- In Colombia:
- Coordinate and support field force activities to achieve sales results and guarantee marketing and commercial tactics roll-out in line with the strategy.
- Ensure the right targeting and segmentation of key accounts and HCPs to efficiently assign resources to the selected targets.
- Lead the development and implementation of commercial strategy, defining commercial plans, pricing strategy, resources investment (G2N, P&I) and relevant KPIs per account.
- Proactively contribute to the evolution of the KAMs by identifying capability gaps, supporting training, and providing strategic guidance for the development of key accounts ‘plans.
- Continuous mentoring and coaching of the KAMs to drive a team culture of empowerment, accountability, entrepreneurial thinking, and innovation.
- Incentive scheme design, implementation and follow for fair and transparent evaluation of KAMs team.
- Monitor and evaluate the correct use of the CRM/sales tools (Veeva, Dynamics, SAP) and techniques to improve sales force efficiency.
**WHO YOU ARE**
- University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Economics, or related field.
- Experience in similar positions or managerial experience in Marketing and/or Sales with proven track record.
- Advance level in Spanish and English.
- The position requires in-depth understanding of pharmaceutical industry trends, solid negotiation skills, strategic and innovation mindset as well as high level of financial, analytical and communication skills.
- Desirable experience in high-cost pharmaceutical products / multi-country management.
- Key competencies include Strategic mindset, business insight, customer focus, driving results, manages complexity, cultivating innovation, building effective teams, collaboration, courage, planning and alignment.
