**Sales Development Representative (Full-Time, Remote)**

**Role Overview**: As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team by identifying and qualifying potential leads. This full-time, remote position offers significant autonomy and opportunities for professional growth. You will be instrumental in helping us achieve our sales goals and have the potential to shape the direction of our sales strategies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Schedule and conduct initial discovery calls with prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective outreach strategies.
- Track and report on lead generation activities and outcomes.
- Participate in developing and launching marketing initiatives to support sales efforts.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system.

**Pay Structure**:

- **Starting Base Salary**: $850 - $1,150 USD per month (DOE)
- **Additional Earnings**: Commissions and bonuses for generating qualified leads and contributing to closed deals, with significant earning potential based on performance.

**Working Hours**:

- 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST)

**Requirements**:

- **Location**: Must be located in a timezone no more than 2 hours different from EST.
- **Language Proficiency**: Must be a native or bilingual English speaker (C1 - C2 level).
- **Sales Experience**: 2-3 years of sales experience is required. Experience in the direct mail industry is a major plus.
- **Additional Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- B2B sales experience is required.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in B2B sales.
- Experience working with direct mail campaigns.
- Experience working with client segments such as financial planning, wealth management, insurance, or real estate.
