**Lo qué harás**

Responsable por el ingreso y procesamiento de las órdenes de compra de clientes y distribuidores, coordinar la entrega de producto y materiales a clientes, garantizando documentación, condiciones de entrega, cantidad, calidad y tiempos requeridos. Adicionalmente ser el primer canal de comunicación con los clientes y canalizar las solicitudes de productos del área Comercial de la Compañía. Generar los reportes necesarios para la operación y para comunicar a las áreas interesadas el estado de las órdenes. Coordinar actividades con el Operador Logístico, plantas (EXW) y el equipo de Planeación, compras e importaciones que garanticen el correcto funcionamiento de la cadena de abastecimiento. Todas las actividades bajo el cumplimiento de normas y estándares de la compañía.

**Lo qué necesitarás**

Graduación completa.

Inglés intermedio.

Conocimiento avanzado en Excel (Tablas dinámicas, formulación).

Deseable experiência en Customer Service, Operaciones y procesos de Servicios al Cliente.

Deseable el conocimiento del proceso de Order to Cash.
