**PROPOSITO DE LA POSICION**

El propósito de la posición es de procesar la recepción y consolidación de facturas de cuentas claves y que garantice que todas estas pasen a facturación en el tiempo y cantidades correctas

**PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES**
- Persona analítica, garantizar información veraz y oportuna de los KPIs y reportes del área.
- Procesamiento de órdenes de compra (OC’s) en las diferentes plataformas de la compañía
- Realizar la apertura de la OC’s para cross docking en CEDI de las cuentas claves
- Validación de inventarios existentes con logística para cubrir las OC’s
- Programar las citas en los CEDI a tiempo, asegurando que logística pueda hacer la entrega en la fecha acordada
- Informar al KA Customer Service Coordinator la necesidad de prórrogas de entregas a falta de citas en las cuentas claves
- Prealerta a logística de las OC’s que se hayan procesado en el día
- Elaboración del resultado de órdenes de compra (ROC)

**EXPERIENCIA, HABILIDADES Y CONOCIMIENTOS ESSENCIALES**
- Profesional en Contabilidad y Administración de empresas, o áreas afines
- +2 años de experiência demostrable en facturación
- +2 años de experiência en consumo masivo
- Dominio de MS Office (Excel especialmente) Avanzado, SAP y CEN (Plus)
- Trabajo en equipo y atención al detalle
