**A Day in the Life**
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
- Provides leadership for those involved in the development, design and optimization of one or more information technology and systems functions supporting company business processes and technical information systems platforms.
- Provides direction for the effort required to protect the company's data, tools and information systems.
- Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
- Collaborate with business areas to understand needs and develop or introduce solutions to maximize value.
- Prioritize resources and projects in support of business value and corporate objectives.

**Must Haves**
- Bachelors degree required: Computer science, Engineering or any related field.
- 7 years in the IT field, 3 years of work experience as Leader IT Manager.
- Minimum 3 years of ERP or large system functional experience, in depth understanding of transportation management systems.
- Proven Written communication excellence. Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English.**Nice to Haves**
- Blue Yonder TMS Experience
- SAP knowledge
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL
- Excel, and business intelligence platforms preferred
