**La Oportunidad**:
Estamos buscando un **Project Manager **apasionado/a por coordinar diversos proyectos estratégicos junto a nuestros clientes, acompañándolos en el end to end del proceso.

**Lo que harás**:

- Planear, coordinar y liderar proyectos desde la ideación hasta la entrega final, asegurando el cumplimiento de deadlines y estándares de calidad de las soluciones.
- Detectar riesgos y oportunidades en el diseño y la ejecución de proyectos, elaborando planes y medidas de contingencia.
- Generar planes, documentación y reportes de gestión de los proyectos
- Soportar al Customer Success Manager en el desarrollo de estrategias comerciales.
- Responsable del Forecast de ejecución.
- Reducir los procesos innecesarios y permitir un seguimiento rápido de la entrega de resultados.
- Planificar y organizar la carga de trabajo y las asignaciones de personal.
- Emitir instrucciones escritas y orales; asignar funciones y examinar el trabajo para verificar su precisión, presentación y conformidad con las políticas y procedimientos.
- Comunicar los avances del proyecto al equipo y Stakeholders de cada Proyecto.
- Gestionar iniciativas clave con impacto en múltiples equipos de trabajo

**Es esta posición para tí? Requerimos**:

- Al menos 3 años de experiência en roles de gestión de proyectos.
- Experiência comprobable liderando proyectos con metodologías cascada / tradicionales y ágiles.
- Comprensión del ciclo de vida de desarrollo de software.
- Experiência en implementación de soluciones de tecnología apuntadas al desarrollo de software, infraestructura, datos y seguridad informática.
- Experiência gestionando equipos mixtos (interno/externo) y distribuidos.
- Capacidad de liderazgo, priorización, coordinación y atención al detalle.
- Capacidad de liderar varios proyectos al mismo tiempo.
- Habilidades de comunicación, negociación y resolución de conflictos.
- Inglés avanzado oral y escrito.
- Manejo de Microsoft Office, en especial de Microsoft Excel a nível intermedio.
- Conocimientos de herramientas de gestion de proyectos (MS Project, Jira).

- Certificación Scrum - PMP - PMI (Deseable).
- Conocimiento de tecnologías Cloud.
- Formación académica en carreras afines a Sistemas / IT.
- Certificación AWS Cloud Practitioner.
