**¿Qué necesitas?**
- Carrera universitaria/tecnológica terminada o cursando en Turismo, Administración de empresas, Hospitalidad, etc.
- Inglés Avanzado.
- Al menos 1 a 2 años de experiência en posición similar.
- Experiência en administración y supervisión de los empleados y las operaciones diarias para aumentar el bienestar individual y colectivo, la productividad personal y la eficacia organizacional en el corporativo.

**¿Cuáles serán tus actividades?**
- Gestionar, supervisar y coordinar la prestación de servicios en el lugar de trabajo, los servicios incluyen: Protocolo de control de ingreso e incorporación al lugar de trabajo, gestión de salas, asistencia audiovisual, gestión de reuniones y eventos, programas comunitarios, equipo de suministros para reuniones, asistencia para servicios de alimentación, servicios de documentos, servicios de correo, gestión de suministros de oficina, entre otros.
- Asegurar y mantener la hospitalidad, la excelente presentación y funcionamiento de los espacios de trabajo.
- Supervisar, utilizar y mantener la integridad de las bases de datos y otras herramientas digitales, realizar auditorías según sea necesario. Proporcionar informes de ser solicitado.
- Desarrollar y mantener relaciones positivas con los clientes.
- Otras tareas pueden ser asignadas.
