Team Overview:
As part of the courier experience team, our core objective is to deeply understand our customers in partnership with CX, leveraging this understanding by insights provided per each CX channel and taking actions to improve the courier experience with the app. Additionally, is to amplify brand recognition and market presence through tailored campaigns and the strategic utilization of community engagement and exceptional service.
Role Responsibilities:
- Execute campaigns, proposal and actions to improve the courier experience in the region and in our e-commerce platform
- Control and design reports of the e-commerce KPIs and inventory
- Ensure data cleanliness and consistency among to take actions
- Define and coordinate the discount campaigns and equipment design
- Document and standardize process by building scalable operations processes
- Build deep insights and understanding of the business and product features through project management, stakeholder management, and be data driven ALWAYS.
- Data Analytics: data masters with Excel data processing
- Design and implement initiatives to improve the courier experience with our contact channels, being able to leverage data for the decision-making process.
- Ensure collaboration with multiple stakeholders to improve operational productivity & user experience.
- Balance attention to detail with swift execution - we need to do things quickly, and we need to do them well. Balancing those can be challenging, but this should be our strength.
Role Qualifications:
- Engineering, Administration, Marketing related bachelor’s degree
- Strong Excel skills are a must.
- Proven to be self-motivated, self-directed, and eager to take ownership of tasks to ensure solutions.
- Excellent organization and time management systems for yourself and other employees.
- Clear Communicator - you are a clear and concise communicator with the ability to synthesize a lot of information quickly and highlight the key insights.
- Proficiency in English & Spanish.
