We are looking for an **Events and Engagement Junior Coordinator **based in **Bogotá, Colombia.**

This dynamic role that combines the responsibilities of encouraging a positive work culture through employee engagement initiatives and crafting an outstanding experience. As part of the Global Site Strategy & Operations teams, this role plays a crucial part in being a consultant to site leadership to improve employee satisfaction, productivity, and well-being.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement creative and effective employee engagement strategies that align with the company's values and goals.
- Supervise and control various engagement programs: Monitors and control events (including team building activities, and wellness initiatives, that are or are not limited to partnerships with DE&I, Community impact and Human Resources) to ensure consistency, a common approach and accurate and timely tracking and reporting.
- Hub Event Planning and Coordination: Designs, develops, and implements workplace events, celebrations, and team-building activities aligned with RLC/SLT. Lead logistics, budget, and vendors to ensure successful event execution.
- Communication and Internal Branding: Establishes communication strategy to ensure a strong internal brand identity that resonates with employees. Implement communication channels (Newsletter, Yammer, Video Display Board etc ) to foster transparency, keep employees informed, and encourage open dialogue.
- Implement Workplace Experience Strategies: Execution and Activation of the dedicated Hub Workplace Experience program and working closely with EFM partners, IT partners, EHS, GHS and functional leads to maintain a safe, clean, and well-equipped office environment. Fully support Operational Leadership actions, plans and maintenance to ensure GS Hub is a phenomenal place to work.
- Workplace Innovation: Conducting Site Visitor experience to provide mentorship to all visitors who will visit the Hub, site Visit playbook creation to have a standard Hub Guidebook, Agenda, events, CSR, etc. across regions. Conducts research and keeps connected with external benchmarking to ensure we have outstanding and innovative ways to run Workplace of Future.

- Bachelor degree or equivalent experience is required.
- 5+ years of experience in employee engagement, events planning, workplace experience, or a similar role.
- English language proficiency is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees at all levels.
- Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple initiatives and projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Analytical approach to assess data and derive actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of workplace trends, practices, and industry standards is desired.
