**Job Title: Administrative Assistant / Consumer Service Representative**

**Location: Dublin, Ireland (Remote)**

**Job Type: Full-Time**

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
**Customer Service**

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.

**Administrative Support**

Assist with general administrative tasks, including data entry, document preparation, and scheduling.

Maintain organized and efficient office systems.

**CRM Management**

Utilize CRM software to manage customer interactions, track communications, and update customer profiles.

Generate reports from CRM to analyze customer trends and preferences.

**Platform Management**

Manage listings and customer interactions on platforms such as Airbnb and Hostfy.

Monitor bookings, reservations, and coordinate check-ins and check-outs.

**Bilingual Communication**

Communicate fluently in both English and Spanish, both written and spoken.

Documentation and Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries.

Document important client communications and feedback.

**Problem Resolution**

Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.

Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure effective solutions.

**Collaboration**

Work closely with team members to coordinate administrative tasks and improve customer service processes.

Attend meetings and provide input on customer service strategies.

**Qualifications**

Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken).

Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles.

Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and proficiency in managing Airbnb and Hostfy platforms.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities and reporting skills

Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
