**Search Engine Management/Optimization Specialists** are responsible for managing all SEO activities such as content strategy, link building, and keyword strategy to increase rankings on all major search networks. - Execute tests, collect and analyze data and results, and identify trends and insights to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns
- Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns
- Manage campaign expenses, stay on budget, estimate monthly costs, and reconcile discrepancies.
- Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing
- Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization
- Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations
- Research and analyze competitor advertising links
- Develop and implement link building strategy
- Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code.
- Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming.
- Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking, and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
- Other tasks that are assigned by the supervisor or CEO
**Qualifications**:
- Solid 1 year - 2 years experience as an SEO/SEM specialist for a company in any related field.
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Should be of legal age.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Amenable to working in an office-based setup.
- Sales/Marketing experience is a plus but not required
Expected Start Date: July 10, 2023
**Salary**: $2,500,000 - $3,000,000 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Medellín, Antioquia: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (preferred)

- English (required)
