**Content Marketing Specialist**

Are you a creative storyteller who thrives on crafting compelling content and harnessing data insights to captivate audiences? Join our dynamic marketing team and drive brand engagement across various platforms. As a Content Marketing Specialist, you'll be a key player in expanding and maintaining our marketing efforts across all divisions, working alongside a collaborative team of professionals.

**Position Overview**:

- **Remuneration**: Competitive salary (details to be confirmed)
- **Location**: Colombia (Medellín, Bogotá, Cali, Barranquilla, Bucaramanga)
- **Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 08:00am-5:00pm

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop innovative and compelling content strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive engagement across multiple platforms.
- Create high-quality, relevant, and optimized content for over 50 websites, ensuring alignment with our brand guidelines and tone.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional marketing teams to execute coordinated content campaigns and initiatives.
- Partner with designers, copywriters, SEO specialists, and social media managers to optimize content effectiveness.
- Leverage AI tools to pioneer AI-driven content recommendations and personalized marketing efforts.
- Stay updated on AI advancements to implement cutting-edge strategies and gain a competitive edge.
- Analyze content performance across platforms, identifying areas for optimization and improvement.
- Utilize data insights to refine content strategies, conduct A/B testing, and boost audience engagement.
- Maintain a content calendar to ensure timely delivery for all Vensure divisions.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to meet content deadlines and ensure smooth campaign execution.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Excellent writing and editing skills, adapting content for diverse audiences and platforms.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and content optimization for search engines.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and basic HTML knowledge.
- Experience with AI-driven content tools, such as NLG platforms or AI-powered optimization tools.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools to derive actionable insights from content performance.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop fresh and engaging content concepts.
- Strong interpersonal skills, collaborating effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, to convey content strategies and ideas.
