Job Title: Paid Search Senior Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Search Senior Strategist to join our team at Power Digital Marketing, Inc. As a key member of our growth marketing firm, you will be responsible for owning the execution, performance, and growth of our marketing services within your book of business.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and optimize enterprise-level account campaigns, including daily optimizations, campaign creation, and high-level strategy ownership.
  • Provide data-driven analysis and interpretation of campaign performance data and client-specific sources of truth.
  • Participate in weekly department scrums and training sessions to stay up-to-date on the latest channel knowledge.
  • Continuously seek to improve campaign performance against client goals.
  • Maintain excellent communication with internal agency teams and assigned clients.
  • Utilize available AI and outsource resources to assist in workflow wherever possible.
  • Contribute to the development of new department training materials.
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of digital marketing experience, with 2+ years in an agency setting.
  • Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience with Search Engine Marketing, including campaign development and optimization processes.
  • Significant campaign management experience in multiple campaign types, including Performance Max, Standard Shopping, YouTube Ads, Display Advertising, Local campaigns, and Bing Ads.
  • Proficiency in Google/Microsoft Office Suite(s) and Google Analytics.
  • Expert knowledge of funnel marketing and paid media's place in the marketing funnel.
  • Strong ability to formulate meaningful insights from marketing data.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
  • $13.5k team-member EBITDA.
  • Maintain below 10% Client Churn Rate.
  • 4-6 Accounts (complex/large accounts in the top 100 of the agency).
Most Important Things (MITs):
  • Excellence in channel production and account performance.
  • Internal communication.
