We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Search Senior Strategist to join our team at Power Digital Marketing, Inc. As a key member of our growth marketing firm, you will be responsible for owning the execution, performance, and growth of our marketing services within your book of business.
Responsibilities:- Manage and optimize enterprise-level account campaigns, including daily optimizations, campaign creation, and high-level strategy ownership.
- Provide data-driven analysis and interpretation of campaign performance data and client-specific sources of truth.
- Participate in weekly department scrums and training sessions to stay up-to-date on the latest channel knowledge.
- Continuously seek to improve campaign performance against client goals.
- Maintain excellent communication with internal agency teams and assigned clients.
- Utilize available AI and outsource resources to assist in workflow wherever possible.
- Contribute to the development of new department training materials.
- 3-4 years of digital marketing experience, with 2+ years in an agency setting.
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience with Search Engine Marketing, including campaign development and optimization processes.
- Significant campaign management experience in multiple campaign types, including Performance Max, Standard Shopping, YouTube Ads, Display Advertising, Local campaigns, and Bing Ads.
- Proficiency in Google/Microsoft Office Suite(s) and Google Analytics.
- Expert knowledge of funnel marketing and paid media's place in the marketing funnel.
- Strong ability to formulate meaningful insights from marketing data.
- $13.5k team-member EBITDA.
- Maintain below 10% Client Churn Rate.
- 4-6 Accounts (complex/large accounts in the top 100 of the agency).
- Excellence in channel production and account performance.
- Internal communication.
