**Presales Engineer with expertise in Aruba**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- ** Technical Expertise**: Provide in-depth knowledge and expertise on Aruba Networking Solutions, including but not limited to SD-WAN, LAN/WAN switches, routers, wireless technologies, and ClearPass for secure network access control.
- ** Pre-sales Support**: Engage with sales teams and customers to understand business requirements and provide technical solutions based on Aruba’s products and services. Customize proposals, presentations, and demos that align with customer needs.
- ** Solution Design**: Collaborate with customers to design Aruba-based networking solutions tailored to their specific environment, helping them optimize their infrastructure and enhance overall performance.
- ** Customer Engagement**: Build strong relationships with potential and existing customers, ensuring technical satisfaction through every stage of the sales cycle, from initial discovery to post-sales.
- ** Product Demonstrations**: Conduct product demos and POCs (Proof of Concepts), showcasing the capabilities and benefits of Aruba solutions.
- ** Training & Enablement**: Provide product and solution training to customers and sales teams, ensuring alignment with product capabilities and best practices.
- ** Proposal Development**: Work closely with account managers to create detailed technical proposals and solutions documentation that aligns with customer requirements.
- ** Competitive Analysis**: Stay current with industry trends and competitor offerings to better position Aruba’s solutions in customer conversations.
- ** Technical Presentations**: Deliver compelling presentations and webinars to a variety of audiences, from technical teams to C-level executives.
**Key Skills & Experience Required**:

- ** Pre-sales Experience**: Proven experience in a presales engineering role, ideally in the networking or IT infrastructure industry.
- ** Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- ** Customer Focus**: A customer-centric mindset with the ability to understand customer challenges and propose the right technical solutions.
- ** Problem-Solving Skills**: Ability to think critically and solve complex technical problems that align with the business objectives of the customer.
