**In this role, you have the opportunity to**
Works as Distributor Manager on problems of diverse scope where analysis of distributor data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
**You are responsible for**
- Recruiting and keep the right partners with specific expertise and market coverage required by the vendor’s go-to-market strategy.
- Coverage of all opportunities in your region of operation supporting indirect channels.
- To be the sales link between Philips and Indirect Channel.
- Influence the achievement of sales targets established for the channels throughout the year.
- Manages potential channel conflict with other firm sales channels by fostering excellent communication internally and externally, and through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement.
- Ensuring that partners know how to do business with the vendor, including proficient use of the vendor’s tools.
- Proactively leads a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship.
- The development of the solution requires a multi-disciplinary approach and knowledge of distributor management principles, -theories and -concepts.
- Formulates the solution for (technical) partial problems that cannot be found by combining previous experiences but by composing newly acquired distributor management knowledge.
- May lead multi-disciplinary distributor change projects, managing several people.
- Works independently and provides consultative advice within specific functional areas.
- Introduces distributor management methods/procedures that are new for the organization.
- Applies advanced distributor process principles to multiple tasks.
- Proficient in area of specialization and contributes to other disciplines.
- Determines feasibility of distributor management concepts or projects.
- Has basic knowledge of related disciplines.

A team Based in Bogota, Colombia, and will be a strategic puzzle piece to make our channel partners aligned to our Business Strategy.
**To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following**
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years or a master’s degree with 3+ years of related experience in distributor management in information systems or health-related areas.
- Experience with consultative software sales, preferably in the healthcare field
- Desirable experience working with channel management or knowing this work model
- Skills: Negotiation, communication, persuasion, influence, organization, resilience, and prioritization
- Fluent in English
