**Propósito de la Posición**:
Diagnosticar, desarrollar e implementar acciones estratégicas de las categorías en el canal tradicional, con un entendimiento profundo del shopper, alineado al presupuesto asignado con el fin de apoyar el cumplimiento de las
**metas de ventas, share y rentabilidad.**
**Responsabilidades claves**:
- Ejecutar la estrategia definida por el Channel Manager / Channel Activator Leader y las actividades comerciales (innovación, big bets o promocionales) para sus RE, en conjunto con el equipo comercial.
- Dar inputs al Channel Manager / Channel Activator Leader para la asignación del presupuesto de Trade Promotion.
- Ingresar las tácticas en la plataforma para el canal tradicional. Debe brindar inputs al TAS Analyst para realizar los post mortem de las actividades ejecutadas.
- Envía sus requerimientos de POP al REL para que este centralice. CAR: Al Channel
- Ejecutar los lineamientos y planes de las marcas en su canal.
- Participar activamente en el desarrollo de los Channel Plans de su Canal, en el proceso de I2E.
- Dar acompañamiento al equipo comercial en reuniones y capacitaciones con clientes, FDV externa y mercaderistas.
- Monitorear y revisar periódicamente el ambiente competitivo en el canal
- Analizar y generar acciones a partir de una profunda revisión de los KPIs de DPSM y Quality Check.
- Desarrollar un profundo conocimiento del comprador y consumidor a través de visitas al mercado
- Control de presupuestos para garantizar rentabilidad
**Competencias y habilidades deseadas**:
- Experiência de 2-5 años en el área de Ventas y/o Trade Marketing
- Conocimiento del mercado local en el canal tradicional (ideal)
- Habilidades de Liderazgo, Comunicación e Influencia, capacidad resolutiva, negociación
- Pensamiento Estratégico
- Excel solido
- Ingles intermedio B2
