Responsible for landing the Marketing strategy into Indirect channels for COL_ ECU_PE. It’s responsible of understanding shopper needs and connecting with customer objectives to drive market share growth and business optimization. Accountability on Channel commercial plans developing PMI growth inside Customers. Lead the multiportfolio channel strategy & execution tools to ensure the correct sales drivers according to channel, brand & consumer needs. Gather detailed Channel information, identifying and connecting with key decision makers to understand customer’s strategic business challenges and business priorities.
Your ‘day to day’:
- Provide key commercial and channel insight/input into the preparation of the Annual Integrated Business Plans which feed the Brands’/Channels/ Consumer needs.
- Define de channel strategy for markets.
- Lead the definition and design of brands / channel trade activities in line with marketing guidelines and clients/channel needs.
- Ensure Channel performance Sell In/ Sell Out/ Market Share/ Execution mobilizing field sales teams. Lead end to end processes for activities to Go live and be close to execution teams to get key learnings and fast reaction.
- Analyze market data, trends, Nielsen, Kantar and sources to create a solid diagnostic across performance & channel plans.
- Ensure all trade activity complies with the company’s Measurement and Evaluation (M&E) framework by consistently defining smart KPIs, ensuring measurement/evaluation, and feeding learnings/recommendations for future implementations.
- Ensure company’s Outlet Data Base is maintained updated with a clear segmentation, classification and prioritization of the relevant universe of outlets.
- Manage channel planes budget, follow-up & controls.
- Understand channel environment across Distributors execution.
- How to play and incorporate execution challenges via EZDs.
Who we’re looking for:
- 5-9 years experience in FMCG
- University business, marketing, Administration, Economics, Finance related careers
- Fluent English
- Channel dynamics (KA, On trade/consumption, Traditional Channels)
- Data management (internal & external)
- Distribution and Sell Out performance tracking
- Leadership across non direct structures
- Project based outcomes
- Multicategory management
