Your ‘day to day’:
Lead Go-to market strategy nationwide among indirect channels (EZDS + C&C), according to all sales regions and channels' needs, in collaboration with Customer Marketing.

Manage channel mix optimization in order to properly support the execution of the commercial Omni channel strategy and Deploy continuous Route-To-Market budget follow-up, together with the finance department; looking for ongoing efficiencies that guarantee the sustainability of the distribution model in the long term

Who we’re looking for:

- Collage/ university
- Minimum 8 years of experience in FMCG industries as food, beverage, luxury and consuming electronics, leading roles as National sales manager / channel manager, Route to market, and distributors manager
- At least 4 years in managerial roles
- Experience leading distribution footprints turn arounds: structural changes for optimizing distribution model, commercial financial scope to understand and manage P&L, managing cost to serve projects across channels, strategic National Distribution Plans: capable to negotiate trade terms and conditions while overcoming fundamentals opportunities ( Coverage, Drop Size, Repurchase, visibility)
- Preferable with vast experience leading distribution projects end to end.
- Outstanding leadership, communication, relationship building and networking skills.
