Esta posición brindará soporte administrativo/operativo al área de Recursos Humanos en funciones del ciclo de vida del empleado, incluyendo todo lo relacionado con plataformas migratorias, laborales, etc., que garanticen la correcta aplicación y cumplimiento de los requisitos legales a la hora de contratar nuevo personal. Brindará soporte administrativo en el ciclo de aprendizaje y formación, elaboración de reportes, informes y en todo momento estará soportando los diferentes procesos de RH.
- La principal responsabilidad del Administrador de RH es gestionar las tareas operativas diarias (consultas de los clientes, configuraciones del sistema, capacitaciones, plataformas migratorias, laborales, etc.) para cualquiera de las funciones del área.
- Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con las partes interesadas y los socios del proceso (Reclutamiento, Generalista de RH, Nómina, Cultura, Bienestar) para garantizar que las solicitudes de los clientes se procesen de manera oportuna.
- Colaborar con los clientes para comprender las necesidades del negocio y apoyar toda actividad y/o tareas operativas asignadas que garanticen la continuidad del ciclo de vida de los procesos del área.
- Gestionar logística de todo lo relacionado con capacitaciones. En capacitaciones externas, búsqueda y análisis de propuestas de proveedores, verificando que se ajuste a la necesidad y presupuesto de la compañía.
- Elaborar y dar seguimiento de Otro Sí y Descuentos de Nómina para capacitaciones externas e internas.
- Soportar al responsable de seguimiento de base de indicadores de capacitaciones.
- Contribuir a mejorar o desarrollar bajo supervisión las políticas, procesos y programas de desarrollo del talento y capacitación.
- Seguimiento y cumplimiento del proceso de onboarding y programa de desarrollo del personal de Wood.
- Ejecutar cualquier otra responsabilidad asignada por su jefe inmediato y de acuerdo con las necesidades de la Compañía.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de los procedimientos y estándares de calidad de la empresa.
