**Summary**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues.
- Provides problem resolution for HR related issues that may be non-standard within defined practices and procedures.
- Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors.
- Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
- Builds productive internal/external working relationships.
- Normally receives general detailed instructions on new projects or assignments.

**You will be successful in this role if you have**:
- Professional in psychology, business administration, industrial engineering, or related careers
- 4 years in Human Resources positions supporting different processes: recruitment, talent, wellness, selection, among others. Focus on talent such as: development processes, succession planning, training, performance evaluation. Approach with wellness plans.
- Advanced English
- Intermediate Excel knowledge
- Proactivity and analytical skills
- Assertive communication
- Attention to detail.
