What We Are Seeking
As a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP, you will play a pivotal role in driving organizational success by aligning human capital strategies with business objectives. You will serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to leaders across various departments, leveraging your expertise in Learning and Development, Compensation, Talent Mapping, Organizational Culture, and Talent Acquisition to support their needs effectively, enabling to achieve business goals, and improve it to engage and retain the talent.
Key Tasks & Accountabilities
- Partner with leaders from different areas to understand their unique needs and challenges, departmental objectives aligning HR initiatives and guidance to address them effectively.
- Develop and implement comprehensive learning and development programs that align with business needs, fostering continuous growth and skill enhancement among employees.
- Conduct talent mapping exercises to identify key skills and competencies required for current and future business needs, and develop succession plans accordingly.
- Champion organizational culture initiatives, acting as a change agent to promote a positive work environment and enhance employee engagement and retention.
- Utilize Workday, to streamline processes, maintain accurate employee data, and generate insights to inform decision-making.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, effectively communicating HR initiatives and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance HR processes and practices within the organization.
- Conduct talent mapping exercises to identify key skills and competencies required for current and future business needs, and collaborate with leaders to develop succession plans.
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on a variety of HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution, and, providing insights and recommendations on HR-related matters to drive business performance and employee satisfaction.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience (+5 years) as a Human Resources Business Partner or similar role, preferably in Tech industry
- Proficiency in HR systems, preferably Workday, with the ability to leverage technology to streamline processes and drive insights.
- Expertise in Learning and Development, Talent Mapping, Organizational Culture, and Talent Acquisition.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically and align HR initiatives with business objectives.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze HR data and metrics to drive insights and inform decision-making.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing HR programs and initiatives that drive organizational success.
