**Funciones del cargo**:
En IKEA estamos buscando nuestro Sales Manager, que será el responsable de generar una experiência de compra y venta agradable, conveniente y satisfactoria que lleve a incrementar las ventas y la rentabilidad a largo plazo.

**Dentro de tus funciones principales estarán**:

- Asegurar el número correcto de colaboradores para administrar la tienda con éxito y que estén capacitados y listos para orientar a los clientes y ayudarlos a comprar.
- Proveer y liderar el plan de acción comercial de la tienda. Recopilar insumos del equipo para asegurar que el área logre los objetivos trazados para el país, maximizando las ventas y generando rentabilidad sostenible a largo plazo.
- Asegurarse que los colaboradores del área conozcan y comprendan el entorno minorista multicanal en el que trabajan y sepan cómo usarlo de la manera más apropiada comercialmente para los clientes.
- Analizar el rendimiento cualitativo de la tienda utilizando las herramientas de investigación de IKEA para mejorar el sistema de ventas y facilitar el proceso de compra en todos los canales.
- Conocer el mercado local potencial y colaborar con los diferentes equipos para asegurar que la tienda sea localmente relevante en los diferentes canales de venta.
- Monitorear los objetivos financieros, KPIs, costos y tomar acción si se observan desviaciones. Motivar y fomentar el desarrollo de los miembros del equipo estableciendo expectativas y objetivos claros y manteniendo el seguimiento.

**Requisitos**:
Experiência en planeación estratégica
Experiência en manejo de presupuestos (forecasting, retorno de la inversión, etc)
Manejo de equipos
Inglés avanzado
