**Rol**:
- Support Analyst Level 2
**Requisitos**:
- Tecnólogo o Ingeniero de Sistemas, Informática o áreas relacionadas.
- Experiência de dos (2) a cuatro (4) años en **Soporte Técnico Nível 2 o roles similares.**:
- **Certificación Scrum Fundamental( es un plus).**:
- **Certificaciones en tecnologías relevantes (ITIL, Microsoft, etc.) son un plus.**
**Herramientas**:
- **Base de Datos Oracle.**:
- **Lenguaje SQL, PL/SQL.**:
- **Postman.**:
- **Manejo de herramienta de HelpDesk (JIRA Service Manager, etc).**
**Competencias Técnicas**:
- **Análisis de Logs**:Experiência con herramientas para el análisis de logs o lectura manual de **archivos de texto/logs**. Interpretación de errores en lenguajes comunes como **Java, JavaScript, TypeScript y Oracle.**Diagnóstico Técnico**:Conocimientos intermedios de sistemas operativos **(Linux, Windows) y Redes. **Uso de herramientas de depuración y monitoreo **(Wireshark, Debuggers, etc.).**
- **Bases de Datos y APIs**:Habilidad para realizar consultas **SQL** y verificar la integridad de datos. Familiaridad con pruebas de** APIs** mediante herramientas como **Postman **y análisis de estructuras de datos para garantizar la integridad y consistencia de la información.
- **Colaboración con Equipos Multidisciplinarios**:Recopilación de información de equipos de desarrollo, operaciones, soporte o negocio para completar la documentación. Realización de entrevistas con expertos y manejo de **Metodologías Ágiles.**
