Client Support Tier 2 Sr Professional I

We are seeking a **Client Services Analyst**, to be part of a high growth technology and payments company with a solid track record of delivering high value to our customers.

**What does a great Client Services Analiyst do?**

As a Client Services Analyst, you’ll collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and enhance their overall experience. Your expertise in incident management, functional products, and customer service will be essential for success.

**What will you do?**

**Client Interaction**:
Provides service support to both internal and external clients for a specific product or group of products, and is considered the primary liaison between the client and Fiserv

Provides detailed information about the company’s services and payments products.

Provides consulting services in order to meet client and company objectives, and fosters positive relationships with the client and internal departments.

**Issue Resolution and Incident Management**:
Resolves moderately-to-complex customer problems within the designated product lines and following E2E troubleshooting process.

Has full product service issue accountability, including incident reports, communication center notification, Service Point item records, adhering to client service level agreements.

**Collaboration**:
Work closely with the sales team to achieve client satisfaction and revenue goals.

Monitors liability issues and escalation to management when appropriate.

Support the new client onboarding process by assisting with product knowledge and usage.

Controls liability exposure, interprets and communicates industry standards, updates internal systems, communicates enhancements with expertise in product specific transactions, screens and reports, in addition to possessing knowledge of product/system functionality gained through experience, research and testing.

**Record Keeping and Reporting**:
Maintain meticulous records of client interactions, transactions, and feedback.

Develop reports and presentations on client activity and service usage.

**Training and Follow-ups**:
Train clients on effectively using payments products.

Regularly follow up with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and identify business opportunities.

**What you must have**:
+5 years of experience in similar rol

Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or relevant field.

In-depth understanding of functional banking products.

Previous experience being liaise between clients and internal teams to ensure that client expectations are communicated, understood, and met (+5 years)

Ability to foster lasting client relationships.

Proven experience as a Client Services Analyst or similar client-support role.

Strong knowledge of customer service software, databases, and CRM tools.

Advanced english (must)

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

Aptitude for fostering positive relationships.

Teamwork and leadership skills.

Customer-oriented mindset.

Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
