**Misión del cargo**

Garantizar resultados que se ajusten a los objetivos estratégicos y a las metas financieras de la organización, de acuerdo a las metas establecidas entre el fabricante y TD SYNNEX Promover y fortalecer la construcción de relaciones a largo plazo con canales, fabricantes, con el propósito de contribuir con el posicionamiento en el mercado objetivo y alcanzar las metas comerciales propuestas.

**Responsabilidad (Qué hace)**
- Atención y relacionamiento con el fabricante.
- Cumplimiento de metas,
- Certificarse en las arquitecturas del fabricante.
- Elaboración e implementación del presupuesto (forecast)
- Seguimiento de inventarios.
- Posicionamiento del portafolio de soluciones de producto y servicio.

**Acciones (Cómo lo hace)**
- Trabajar de la mano con el fabricante en la estrategia y el posicionamiento de soluciones en pro del crecimiento de ambas partes en el mercado,
- Generar estrategias de ventas, planes de habilitación de canales y desarrollo de la marca en las arquitecturas o proyectos especiales asignados.
- Capacitarse en los cursos y certificaciones requeridas según las arquitecturas o proyectos especiales a cargo.
- Generar estrategias, indicadores de gestión, cifras y proyecciones presupuestales de acuerdo al crecimiento de los fabricantes en las arquitecturas, canales o proyectos asignados.
- Realizar seguimiento en la disponibilidad y solicitud de producto de acuerdo a la rotación del producto.
- Dar a conocer el portafolio de acuerdo a las necesidades y el sector al que se dirige el canal de su cliente final.

- Desarrollo y generación de nuevos negocios.
- Cumplir con la meta y presupuesto de venta del Q elaborando planes, acuerdos comerciales, ofertas y propuestas de valor. Asegurando el crecimiento del negocio y alcanzar metas comerciales de Synnex y del fabricante.
- Posicionamiento y acompañamiento al equipo interno y en nuestros canales con el fin de desarrollar nuevos oportunidades de negocio.
- Cumplimiento y control del crecimiento de los números en relación con la proyección y la utilidad
- Control de la rotación de inventarios vs la ventas realizadas.
- Garantizar la rentabilidad, respaldo y efectividad de la solución que se ofrece.

**Formación Académica**
- Nível académico requerido: Profesional (INDISPENSABLE).
- Carrera: Ingeniería de sistemas o telecomunicaciones, electrónica o afines (INDISPENSABLE).
- Posgrado: Gerencia de proyectos, gerencia de negocios, Marketing (DESEABLE).
- Idiomas: Inglés Intermedio - Avanzado (INDISPENSABLE)
- Años de experiência total: Mínimo 4 años - Máximo 7 años
- Área de experiência deseable (cargos ocupados, áreas, rol): Product Manager, BDM.
- Años de experiência el Cargo: Mínimo 4 años - Máximo 7 años
- Sector deseable: Tecnología
- Conocimientos o Habilidades: Comerciales - Proyección presupuestal - Desarrollo de negocios
- Responsabilidad de cuota - Conocimientos en tecnología o seguridad informática - Certificaciones del producto de acuerdo al fabricante (DESEABLE).
