**About this Job**

**Responsibilities**
- Distribution of new cards once approval process is complete
- Changes to card limits based on traveler profile
- Communicate and promote program benefits, enhancements, and cardholder responsibilities
- Reconcile card holder list with active employee file
- Deactivating cards with inactive employees
- Suspending cards of employees that don’t submit expense reports in time
- Training and Education on card approval process and expense reimbursement
- Monthly cardholder and manager review and approval processes
- Compliance reporting and reviews
- Drive the analysis and recommendations for ongoing card program improvements
- Engage business constituents on non-compliance and internal controls to improve protocols.
- Escalate any issues or concerns to management and or corporate security and risk as necessary for transparency and potential resolution
- Support Ariba pay implementation
- Support virtual card implementation

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 5+ years of card administration experience.
- General accounting knowledge strongly preferred or proven analytical skills.
- Self-motivated; self-starter; extremely proactive; able to work both independently to complete tasks and respond to department requests and with others to utilize their resources and knowledge to identify high quality solutions.
- Strong track record of building and maintaining solid relationships with internal customers.
- Strong follow-up skills; ability to organize applicable timelines and follow up with customer needs.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively.
- Ability to accomplish multiple tasks within the agreed upon timeframes through effective prioritization of duties and functions in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience in building and sustaining positive relationships.
