Profession in: Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Telematics Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering or related. With active professional card.

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**

Certifications and Knowledge: Certifications associated with Service Now products or modules ITIL certificate Certified in Azure or AWS Practitioner (preferable). Administrator Certificate in Azure or SysOps Certificate in AWS (preferable). Certifiable knowledge in the implementation of Service Now modules.
**Preferred Technical and Professional Experience**

Configuration and development of user stories and/or improvements through developments in the various modules of the ServiceNow solution, through the implementation of good development practices. Support in the design of integration architectures, development of web services, microservices and APIs. Gathering information: Documentation of the improvement design. Documentation of the implemented configuration. Development of integrations and process automation in the Service Now platform. Work in conjunction with ServiceNow support to resolve issues within the platform. Creation and configuration of notifications, UI pages, UI Macros, Script Includes, Formatters, etc. in ServiceNow. Creation or modification of reports in the ServiceNow platform Administration tool and its modules

Bachelor's Degree
