Estamos en búsqueda de **Service Delivery Lead**,

Principales responsabilidades:

- Principal punto de contacto y de comunicación con los Clientes.
- Garantizar que las necesidades y preocupaciones de los clientes sean entendidas y abordadas de manera oportuna y adecuada.
- Asegurar la entrega del producto o de las nuevas funcionalidades según los plazos establecidos
- Resolver conflictos o dependencias y gestionar a los equipos para que estén perfectamente coordinados y focalizados en los objetivos.
- Fomentar con el Cliente relaciones a largo plazo

Requerimientos:

- Experiência Senior administrando y ejecutando proyectos de software como Service Delivery Lead.
- Gestión de las Cuentas de los Clientes Locales.
- Gestión de proveedores terceros
- Elaboración y coordinacion de planes de trabajo
- Negociación con clientes de acuerdos y compromisos
- Supervisión de tareas y administración de riesgos
- Interés en aprender plataformas tecnológicas
- Basado en Bogota, Colombia
- Bilingual (Spanish & English)

Deseable:

- Conocimientos Técnicos de Telemática, de Monitoreo y Rastreo Satélital.
- Conocimiento en alguna de las siguientes plataformas para gestión de despacho**:Samsara, Trimble.**
