**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Lead project / program delivery for a client or grouping of similar clients
- Able to assume project manager responsibilities when needed, and by definition is a critical element of the project management team
- May have staff reports when brought in to manage a team assembled for the project
- May be tasked to assemble a center of excellence that serves a broader geography or to house key disciplines that the delivery engineer would lead
- When not assigned to a project, would serve roles in the company including training and mentoring of staff, quality reviews, early technical reviews, participate in go / no-go discussion on projects evaluating technical risk, be available for deployment to assist in recovering projects in trouble and other similar duties

**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; required
- Master’s degree in Civil Engineering; required
- 15+ years of design oriented experience working on and delivering large infrastructure projects; required
- Professional licensure; required
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation)
- Availability and willingness to travel
- Bi-lingual / multi-lingual desired
- All new hires will be required to successfully complete and pass a pre-employment (post offer) background check in compliance with NIST 800-171
**Physical requirements**:
Sedentary for long periods of time, interact with clients, and travel occasionally.
