We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Trade Marketing professional to join our team and drive small and medium business (SMB) development in Retail. As the SMB Leader you will be responsible for designing, implementing and executing the commercial strategy for small and medium businesses, working closely with the sales, operations and product teams to ensure our partner’s success.
Como parte de Rappi, serás responsable de:
- Develop a deep understanding of SMB dynamics; business priorities, operation, marketing strategies, time dedicated to Rappi, partnership goals.- Identify business opportunities and translate them into commercial plans to increase their participation in overall Retail GMV.- Monitor SMB performance metrics and develop strategies to improve their operation.- Develop incentives for SMBs in every stage of their lifecycle (onboarding, ELC, maturity) to prevent them from becoming inactive.- Create promotional strategies on/off app to increase visibility and relevance of SMBs to users.- Manage campaign budget allocation and maximize investment returns for the partners and for Rappi.- Execute massive hunting strategies to bring new relevant partners to the app and close gaps in specific MZs.- Implement communication processes reaching a high number of SMBs to strengthen our relationship by informing new Mi Tienda features, specific campaigns for their segment, suggestions on how to improve their operation, etc.- Act as the main point of contact for internal teams for all business and operational issues regarding SMBs.- Share insights with internal teams to develop new features / processes tailored for SMBs (Mi Tienda, Partner Support, Engagement).
Bien y ahora, ¿Cuáles son los requisitos para que yo sea parte de este universo de neón?- Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Economics or Accounting is a plus)- 2+ Years of experience in Trade marketing, Customer Development or Sales.- Must have significant knowledge and experience in data analysis, insight identification and presentation, planning, and budget allocation and follow up.- Capable of taking initiative, ownership and accountability for the business.- Must have strong negotiation skills.- Basic SQL knowledge is appreciated.- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.- Experience in creating sales enablement tools such as presentations, case studies, and product demos.
