Location: Bogotá, Colombia

Role description: GAIN strategy and execution responsible, in order to develop the trainers of the BU, education events (workshops, Master class) & Residents program Collaborates with IA marketing and commercial team, to identify opportunities, needs and risks Sales reps trainings (product and clinical studies)

Responsibilities:

- Propose initiatives to the Business Unit Head to improve the area’s results
- Control workshops samples
- Coordinate workshops guidelines to sales force
- Identify market trends, to identify market opportunities
- Stablish a differentiate strategy for all the business (medical, new specialties and Alastin)
- Ensure excellence in workshops and local trainings execution with HCPs (Master Class, local events and workshops)
- Lead the speaker’s development strategy
- Sales reps training program
- Trainings follow up KPIs
- Be a reference for the trainers (medical, new specialties and Alastin)
- Generate a trainers development plan
- Be responsible of GAIN data management
- Develop the digital strategy for HCPs and trainers (webinars, advisory boards, etc)
- Provide timely feedback to trainers
- Provide new ideas to reinforce GAIN strategy and execution based on aesthetics market trends
- Ensure the right capabilities for Galderma speakers
- Align with Latam region on GAIN strategy and execution
- Share best practices with other countries
- Align with marketing team on brands priorities
- Align with commercial team on market needs and opportunities
- Develop and evaluate sales force trainings (product, clinical studies, roles plays)
- Stablish strong relationships with KOLs
- Deploy global assets and strategy for the brands
- Manage and develop the training coordinator, to optimize investment and return

Profile:

- Academic Background_: Master's / Bachelors Degree in a related field.
English level must be advanced
- Work Experience:_ _6-8 years of proven experience in similar positions (Pharma, Dermo and/or beauty experience).
