Medical Affairs Director for Alzheimer's Disease

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Affairs Director to lead our efforts in Alzheimer's disease.

The Business Unit-Medical Affairs Clinical Research Physician supports launch and commercialization activities, enhancing customers' experiences with the company.

The CRP works with medical affairs, development, and business unit brand teams to develop and implement strategic plans, supporting patients, providers, and payers.

Key responsibilities include developing clinical plans, conducting local clinical trials, reporting adverse events, and reviewing protocols and publications.

The CRP collaborates with global Development teams, Therapeutic Area Program Phase, and Translational Medicine teams in new product development activities.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert medical support to local business, enhancing customers' experiences with the company.
  • Propose and conduct scientific activities, anchor unmet needs, and support regulatory affairs, pricing, reimbursement, and access.

Minimum Qualification Requirements:

  • Medical Doctor, board eligible or certified in an appropriate specialty or have completed post-medical school clinical training.
  • Education and training at a medical school meeting Liaison Committee on Medical Education (LCME) requirements.
  • Knowledge of drug development process and ability to balance scientific priorities with business priorities.
  • Demonstrated strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • Drive, learning agility, and ability to influence others to create a positive working environment.
  • Fluent in English, verbal and written communication.

Estimated Salary Range: $180,000 - $220,000 per year
