El enfoque principal de Business Development Rep (BDR) es desarrollar nuevos negocios en el segmento de Flooring

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lograr el crecimiento en ventas y utilidades en el Segmento de Flooring de acuerdo con los objetivos del Plan Operativo para asegurar el crecimiento del negocio.
- Ser responsable de desarrollar e impulsar las ventas en una geografía y/o segmento de mercado específico.
- Prospección de nuevos negocios y realización de llamadas de ventas a cuentas con el fin de vender a clientes en la geografía y/o segmento de mercado específico.
- Recopile información fiable sobre el cliente/territorio y estime el potencial de los clientes individuales.
- Desarrolle un plan de ventas semanal y realice llamadas de ventas en consecuencia.
- Determine dónde se encuentra el cliente en el proceso de venta general y qué pasos son necesarios para avanzar en el proceso.
- Realice demostraciones de productos para respaldar el proceso de venta.
- Dar soporte a los requisitos de aplicación de los clientes.
- Identifique las fuentes de clientes potenciales de ventas y haga un seguimiento de los clientes potenciales proporcionados por el personal de la tienda/instalación, según corresponda.
- Gestione las quejas de los clientes dentro de las líneas de autoridad y gestione el proceso hasta su resolución.

QUALIFICATIONS

**Requisitos**:

- Licenciado(a) en carreras de ingeniería.
- Deseable, dominio avanzado del idioma ingles, escrito / hablado
- Experiência mínima de 3 años en la posición.
- Experiência previa en desarrollo de negocios.
- Conocimiento de Finanzas, Logística y presupuesto.
- Conocimiento de office Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Disponibilidad para viajar.
- Movilización propia.
