Trane de Bogotá, está contratando para que un o una Gerente de Cuentas / Account Manager se una a nuestro equipo. En este rol, usted será responsable de desarrollar relaciones a largo plazo con los clientes y maximizar la penetración de cuentas, así como la retención de clientes mediante el desarrollo de soluciones relacionadas con los sistemas de HVAC.
**Responsabilidades**:
- Proporcionar conocimiento y consultas en forma de desarrollar soluciones relacionadas con el sistema HVAC para los problemas del cliente, incluidas las consideraciones financieras y basadas en el rendimiento.
- Determinar constantemente las necesidades del cliente y las oportunidades actuales del mercado. Reúna y coordine el equipo de adquisición según sea necesario para clientes y proyectos.
- Convierta clientes potenciales en oportunidades asignando el proceso de ventas apropiado, identificando los miembros del equipo de ventas requeridos, haciendo asignaciones y comunicando los próximos pasos en el proceso.
- Desarrolla y ejecute un plan comercial específico de la cuenta para identificar los requisitos de apoyo mutuo a largo plazo necesarios para facilitar una asociación sólida, rentable y exitosa.
- Utiliza el proceso de gestión de cuentas para identificar clientes clave y desarrollar planes de acción específicos para hacer crecer las cuentas identificadas.
- Determina constantemente las necesidades del cliente y las oportunidades actuales del mercado. Reúne y coordina el equipo de adquisición según sea necesario para clientes y proyectos.
- Desarrolla múltiples relaciones con influencias de compra en la organización del cliente, incluido el gerente de instalaciones, gerentes de proyectos, ingenieros de proyectos y compras.
- Recopila o valida información preliminar y realiza un recorrido por las instalaciones para determinar el nível de oportunidad.
- Asesorar técnicamente a los clientes, convirtiéndonos en un aliado de confianza en todas las áreas que lo requieran.
**Calificaciones**:
- Estudios en Ingeniería o equivalente de un título universitario, o una combinación equivalente de educación y experiência.
- 4+ años de experiência trabajando con contratistas mecánicos y/o sistemas HVAC.
- Conocimiento de la industria HVAC.
- Experiência en el uso de CRM/ Salesforce.
- Dominio de Inglés intermedio
