Job Description
- Primary Responsibilities:

- Client Portfolio Management in Colombia and Venezuela:

- Manage a portfolio of client accounts for long-term success.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Act as the main point of contact, addressing individual customer needs promptly.
- Sales and Business Development for all products lines of SENSIA:

- Generate new sales by leveraging existing and potential sales networks.
- Negotiate contracts for solutions, products and services.
- Supervise account representatives (channels) and sales management teams to increase sales.
- Reporting and Targets:

- Report on the status of transactions, accounts, and sales metrics.
- Set and track sales account targets aligned with company objectives.
- Monitor sales metrics regularly and suggest actions for improvement.
- Customer Relationship Management:

- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
- Operational Excellence:

- Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs.
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare reports on account status and collaborate with the sales team to identify growth opportunities.
- Issue Resolution and Collaboration:

- Address and resolve customer issues and concerns swiftly.
- Collaborate with internal teams for effective problem resolution.
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
- Strategic Account Planning:

- Develop and implement tailored account plans with goals, strategies, and tactics.
- Monitor account performance using relevant sales metrics and KPIs.
- Gather customer feedback and insights to inform product development, marketing, and support strategies.
- Additional Responsibilities:

- Develop successful relationships with clients.
- Manage a portfolio of key accounts.
- Understand client needs and visions.
- Provide resolutions for problems.
- Supervise team members assigned to customer accounts.
- Work to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Generate new business using the customer network.
