Position Overview:
As a Technical Solutions Specialist within the Cisco Global Virtual Engineering organization, you will play a meaningful role in supporting Enterprise Networks technologies. You will collaborate with multi-functional teams to provide pre-sales technical expertise, design solutions, and address sophisticated challenges in networking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Expertise:
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of Cisco's Enterprise Networks technologies, product offerings, and industry trends.
- Solution Design:
- Work closely with customers to design and propose innovative, tailored solutions to meet their networking requirements.
- Pre-Sales Support:
- Collaborate with Sales, Partners, and Customers to provide technical guidance and address inquiries, ensuring successful sales cycles.
- Technical Presentations:
- Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to showcase Cisco's Enterprise Networks solutions.
- Problem Solving:
- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, offering effective resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Certification:
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge and relevant certifications, such as CCNP or CCDP.
- Multi-functional Collaboration:
- Engage with internal teams, including Product Management, Engineering, and Sales, to improve solution offerings and customer experience.
- Customer Relationships:
- Cultivate strong client relationships by serving as a trusted technical advisor and understanding customer needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- Strong expertise in Enterprise Networks technologies.
- Cisco certifications (e.g., CCNP, CCDP) are preferred.
- Superb communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrable ability to work effectively in a virtual and multi-functional team environment.
- Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Customer-focused approach and dedication to customer success.
