**Analista Jr. de Servicio al Cliente y Facturación Centro América y Caribe**

**About the Role**

El rol principal de esta posición es controlar y asegurar la correcta gestión de las órdenes para clientes y Drop Shipment, controlando a través de los operadores logísticos (3PL), las plantas externas, y los forwarder y agentes de aduana, la entrega perfecta de pedidos a clientes (En tiempo y en cantidad), Así mismo será responsable por el desempeño de los operadores en términos de entregas a tiempo, sin novedades, y buscando optimizar los procesos actuales, Para nuestros negocios de Medical y No-Varix

**What You Will Do**

**Servicio al Cliente**:

- Recepcionar llamadas de clientes Consumidores y potenciales a nível nacionaly externos
- Recepcionar reclamos, quejas e inquietudes y hacer seguimiento hasta su cierre.
- Notificar a la Fuerza de Ventas, las novedades en despachos reportados por el cliente o consumidor, desde Operador Logístico y Plantas Globales.

**Facturación**:

- Administrar y gestionar el proceso de Facturación en tiempo y modo.
- Controlar y hacer seguimiento a las observaciones de los textos internos de los pedidos.
- Realizar informes mensuales de gestión del área
- Seguimiento de entrega de pedidosa travésde forwarders y de Operadores Logísticos y registro en SAP
- Analizar, controlar y gestionar las causales de devolución por parte de los clientes.
- Coordinar en alianza con el operador logístico el correcto cumplimiento de las labores de despacho a clientes nacionales y externos, garantizando una entrega oportuna

**.Who You Are**
- rofesional en carreras Administrativas, Comercio Exterior, Ingeniería Industrial ó afines
- Tienes experiência en cargos similares mínima de 3 a 4 años en servicio al cliente u Order Management, preferiblemente en empresas de consumo masivo y área logística.
- Tienes conocimiento en manejo de Operadores Logísticos y forwarders
- Tienes experiência en el manejo de operaciones con Drop shipment
- Tienes un Nível de inglés intermedio B1 o equivalente.
- Tienes experiência en el manejo SAP en modulo Facturación
- Eres orientado al logro, con foco en el negocio
- Tienes habilidad y análisis numérico que te permiten presentar los indicadores del área, informes.
- Tienes habilidad para procesar / registrar información ágilmente y con calidad.
- Tienes habilidad para desarrollar tareas que requieren atención al detalle.
- Tienes habilidad para mantener un óptimo relacionamiento con clientes, Fuerza de Venta, Operadores logísticos.
