**CUSTOMER SOLUTION SPECIALIST IMPO (BOGOTÁ, COLOMBIA)**
**RESPONSABILIDADES CLAVE**:
Garantizar la operación del proceso E2E y Asegurar los níveles de servicio del producto de importación marítima y la satisfacción del cliente a través del cumplimiento de la promesa de venta, minimizando los factores de riesgo y enfocándose en alcanzar la excelencia en el servicio, que permita mantener, fidelizar y potencializar los clientes actuales y captar nuevas cuentas.
**REQUISITOS / EXPERIENCIA**:
- Profesional o técnico en carreras administrativas, comercio exterior o ingenierías, o afines.
- Conocimiento del negocio de logística, del producto Marítimo en los Procesos Operativos,
- importación marítima, conocimiento de la Normatividad Aduanera en Importaciones.
**HABILIDADES CLAVE / COMPETENCIAS**:
- Excel avanzado e Inglés Intermedio - Avanzado.
