En el equipo de **People **estamos buscando la persona idónea para que se incorpore como **Regional PRL & Laboral Specialist.**

**¿Cómo nos ayudarás a cumplir nuestra misión?**

**PRL**
- Identificando y evaluando los riesgos laborales existentes en cada puesto de trabajo
- Desarrollando e implementando políticas de prevención de riesgos laborales, con el objetivo de minimizar los accidentes y enfermedades laborales.
- Capacitando y sensibilizando a los trabajadores sobre las medidas de seguridad y los procedimientos de emergencia, a través de la realización de charlas, talleres y sesiones de formación.
- Realizando investigaciones de accidentes y enfermedades laborales, con el fin de identificar las causas y proponer medidas correctivas para evitar su recurrencia.
- Colaborando con los diferentes departamentos de la empresa para asegurar el cumplimiento de las normativas y regulaciones en materia de seguridad y salud laboral.
- Manteniendo actualizada la documentación relacionada con la prevención de riesgos laborales, como registros de inspecciones, informes de accidentes y programas de capacitación.
- Participando en comités de seguridad y salud laboral, y colaborar con los representantes de los trabajadores para promover un entorno de trabajo seguro y saludable.
- Manteniéndote al día de las últimas tendencias y avances en materia de prevención de riesgos laborales, a través de la participación en cursos de formación y la lectura de literatura especializada.

**Laboral**
- Dando soporte a la figura local de People de cada uno de los países en los que operamos en materia laboral, verificando y cumpliendo con la normativa laboral y básicos legales en cada país
- Apoyando en la adaptación de cambios normativos
- Contribuyendo junto con la figura local del People en la gestión de riesgos corporativos y en la articulación de los distintos planes de mitigación.

**¿Qué buscamos?**
- Grado/Máster en Derecho o Relaciones Laborales con especialidad de seguridad
- 3 años de experiência.
