En TIF, agencia de marketing estratégica-creativa, estamos buscando un Especialista en Performance Marketing a medio tiempo para unirse a nuestro equipo de marketing digital.
Como Especialista en Performance, serás responsable de ejecutar, monitorear y optimizar campañas orientadas al rendimiento a través de múltiples canales digitales, para generar resultados específicos para nuestros clientes.
Este puesto es ideal para alguien apasionado por los datos, las métricas de rendimiento y las estrategias de marketing digital, que quiera ayudar a escalar negocios mediante publicidad paga y marketing centrado en la conversión.
Trabajarás de cerca con nuestros equipos de digital, insights y estrategia para asegurarte de que las campañas estén alineadas con estrategias de marketing más amplias y con los objetivos comerciales, mientras ofreces resultados que ayudan a nuestros clientes a crecer y escalar.
Este puesto requiere de 15 a 20 horas semanales y ofrece flexibilidad.

**Habilidades requeridas**
- Experiência comprobada gestionando campañas de PPC, anuncios en redes sociales y publicidad display.
- Dominio de plataformas como Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads y otras plataformas pagadas importantes.
- Conocimiento en herramientas de análisis como Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager u otras herramientas de atribución.
- Experiência con herramientas de investigación de palabras clave (como SEMrush, Moz o Ahrefs) y familiaridad con las mejores prácticas de SEO.
- Fuerte comprensión de las métricas de marketing digital: CTR, CPA, ROI, ROAS, CPL, etc.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita, con la capacidad de traducir datos complejos en ideas accionables.
- Habilidad para resolver problemas y mentalidad orientada a resultados.
- Atención al detalle y capacidad para gestionar múltiples campañas y clientes simultáneamente.
- Familiaridad con plataformas de automatización de marketing es un plus.
**Experiência preferida**:
- Más de 2 años en un rol de marketing de rendimiento (preferiblemente en agencia).
- Experiência con campañas de generación de demanda y leads es un plus.
- Experiência con estrategias de marketing B2B.
- Conocimiento básico de diseño de landing pages (CMS de WordPress y Shopify) y optimización de la tasa de conversión (CRO).
- Familiaridad con la segmentación de audiencia, estrategias de retargeting y mapeo del customer journey.
