**About The Role**

As **Customer Development Executive **for **Valledupar, Cesar **you will have the responsibility for the assigned accounts. Must have account management experience and shown leadership to guide your sales team. You must also have in-depth knowledge of business strategies and a lot of ability to listen and find solutions for the situations that arise every day.

**What You Will Do**
- Ensure the development of CP's commercial strategy in this chain
- Build and handling relationships between our company and customers
- Trade visits to find opportunities, competitors activities, and ensure accurate 5Ps execution
- Handle of 4 Distributors, Sales and Marketing Teams assigned to the territory
- Achieve sales objectives - financial important metrics - coverage and distribution in Wholesale - Small and Store REs
- Maintain engagement with Clients and Sales Teams

**What You Need (Required Qualifications)**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or related
- Between 1 and 2 years as Sales Executive or in Field Sales area in a consumer goods company
- Experience in a mass consumption company
- Indirect trade experience is a plus
- Leadership, administrative, negotiation and commercial skills (portfolio and investment management)
- Google Suite, Excel, SAP, BI, ITT and Nielsen Knowledge
- Intermediate-advanced English Level
