Por medio de nuestros productos, nuestros clientes pueden recibir pagos electrónicos de manera presencial a través de un datáfono móvil y también de forma remota a través de enlaces de pago, adicionalmente nos estamos preparando para operar como entidad financiera con nuevos productos orientados a banca digital como cuentas y créditos.
**El rol**:
Como **Customer Success Executive,** serás el responsable de investigar y entender porque los comercios dejan de utilizar Bold, a través de visitas, llamadas o encuestas; con el fin de aumentar la retención y disminuir el Churn.
**Deberás**:
- Hacer seguimiento de los comercios que están vendiendo a través de Bold
- Realizar encuestas a los comercios que aporten información de sus necesidades con el datafono de Bold.
- Realizar llamadas a comercios activos, enganchados, churn o que hagan parte del plan de referidos
- Comunicar todo tipo de incidentes relacionados con la seguridad de la información.
- Cumplir con los lineamientos de seguridad de la información establecidos en la política de seguridad de la información.
- Participar en los cursos y programas de concientización y capacitación de seguridad de la información.

Experiência en servicio de venta, posventa, servicio al cliente en el sector B2B
Manejo de Office, Excel intermedio
