**What you will do as a Customer Development Executive
- Field Operations**
- Meet the sell out objectives for your Territory.
- Analyze Sellout results for decision making, vital adjustments.
- Guarantee an excellent execution of the 5P's capitalizing on SOS and SOE objectives
- Use of tools for the diagnosis of the 5Ps: Teamcore, mediafly, Sellout reports, Portal 5Ps, Inventories
- Ensure an accurate speed to shelf of launches
- Ensure 100% product availability
- Provide efficient frequency and coverage according to CVS
- Understand logistics and supply system seeking a good level of service
- Ensure compliance and good service of the BPO. Ensure compliance with the Promoters quota.
- Build a close relationship with key POS decision makers by understanding customer needs
- Conduct business reviews with practical proposals to increase sell out
- Train logistics operators of each chain (Exhibition strategies, new products, sold out, CP portfolio)
- Communicate opportunities and field findings in an agile way to the entire commercial team involved.

**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1 year of experience in the commercial area (trade marketing, in store, sales field )
- Fluid English level
- Office and SAP management. (Nice to have)
- Advanced Excel for handling large amounts of information.
