Objetivo del Cargo

Responsable del contacto virtual para realizar educación al panel de médicos (Para armonia orofacial) asignados, a través de una plataforma web y telefónica; asegurando el nível de conocimiento avanzando en la detección temprana de la enfermedad para referir de manera oportuna al especialista tratante con el portafolio de inmunología llevando esto como consecuencia a un crecimiento del mercado

Principales Funciones
- Realizar proceso de educación acerca de la patología y detección temprana de signos y síntomas en el paciente para ser referidos al especialista tratante
- Construir relaciones efectivas con su panel médico
- Mantener actualizada toda la información de su panel médico
- Manejar las herramientas para la gestión de su territorio
- Profundo conocimiento de la enfermedad y del portafolio que promociona
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de la adherencia a los contactos del panel en cada ciclo
- Adherirse a los lineamientos de ética en los negocios (compliance, Farmacovigilancia y transferencia de valor, como respetar la ley de habeas data)

**Requisitos**:

- Profesional en el área de la salud con experiência en oncología
- Experiência mínima de dos años en el sector farmacéutico línea oncología
- Deseable conocimiento mercado institucional oncológico
- Deseable experiência en promoción de productos de especializados y en educación
- Profesional de alto desempeño
- Habilidades de comunicación e influencia para crear relaciones con su panel médico centradas en las necesidades del paciente
- Persona proactiva, autónoma y organizada, organización, manejo de la frustración y destacada persuasión y empatía
- Enfocado en resultados, abierto al feedback y buen miembro de equipo
- Con capacidad de transformarse de representante presencial a representante virtual, con 8 horas de actividad diaria, para realizar 12 contactos diarios
