**We **are hiring the **best talent **for **Junior Requisition to pay Associate, **_fixed term _located in **Bogotá**

**Purpose**:The **Junior Requisition to pay Associate **(R2P) will be responsible for being the “single point of contact” (SPOC) for interactions between the requesters, business partners, sourcing specialists and accounts payable specialists ensuring a positive and compliant end user experience. These interactions would primarily be (but not limited to) providing general assistance to purchase requisitions - i.e. Basic navigation guidance/help and more detailed assistance - such as requisition creation, Purchase Order (PO) creation, receiving, PO closer and status updates.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- To be accountable for creating a seamless experience for the requestor/business partner when using the Global Service Procurement (GSP).
- To be responsible for insuring compliance to the defined processes when engaging with the various end users (requestor, business partner, suppliers, fellow associates).
- Support initiative related to automations, data analysis, reporting, efficiencies. Etc.
- Identify / Develop best practices & leverage across affiliates to ensure effective & efficient deployment of standard processes within affiliates.
- Gather and analyze R2P process and service performance data, perform root cause analysis, use benchmark data, and best practices to identify opportunities for improvements.
- To manage the customer service, understanding quotes, negotiation in the middle of negotiations, understanding suppliers, how to read an invoice and purchase orders.
- To support the Internal customer receiving requests from all company areas and all Latin American countries and based on procurement instructions/strategies, the negotiation of a purchase request is approved or denied.

- Bachelor’s degree is preferred, with a preferred concentration in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related.
- 1-2 years of related experience in business related fields (customer service, purchase or both in an operational and analysis level)
- Understanding of quotation, purchase orders and suppliers.
- Proficiency in Portuguese (conversational)
- Proficiency in English (conversational)

**Desirable**:

- Data analysis management
- Skills related to Procurement and internal client processes.
- Previous experience using eMP/Ariba Buyer/SAP
