**Job Description**:
Encargado de promover y coordinar la venta de experiências exclusivas y personalizadas para los huéspedes del Hotel, por medio de la ejecución de estrategias de venta para promover las experiências únicas ofrecidas por el hotel. Identificar oportunidades de negocio y establecer relaciones con clientes potenciales para incrementar las ventas de las experiências internas.

Utilizar herramientas y sistemas de seguimiento para medir el impacto de las experiências en la satisfacción y lealtad de los huéspedes.

Work Experience

Profesional en administración de empresas turísticas o afines, experiência previa en ventas, preferiblemente en la industria hotelera o del turismo de lujo, Amplio conocimiento del sector hotelero de lujo, así como de las tendencias y preferencias actuales de los huéspedes. Sólidos conocimientos del sistema Opera.

Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita, Capacidad para interactuar con clientes de diferentes culturas y adaptarse a sus necesidades y expectativas. Fuerte orientación al servicio al cliente, con habilidades para construir relaciones sólidas y duraderas con los huéspedes. Capacidad para identificar y satisfacer las necesidades de los clientes de forma proactiva y brindar soluciones eficaces.

Dominio completo del Inglés como requisito indispensable, manejo de tercer idioma como requisito deseable.
