Position Overview

We are seeking a bilingual (Spanish/English) Automotive Freight Client Relations and Sales Agent to join our dynamic team. This role is essential for someone with robust sales acumen and fluency in both Spanish and English, offering first-rate client service in the auto transport sector.

Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain robust relationships with a diverse client base, communicating fluently in both Spanish and English.
- Conduct cold calls and outreach programs to generate new leads and sales opportunities.
- Assess client requirements and provide tailored auto transport solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales efficiently and effectively.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Accurately maintain records of sales and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed sales targets while ensuring high client satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven sales experience, ideally in auto transport or freight brokerage.
- Fluency in both Spanish and English is essential.
- Strong relationship-building and client management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Competency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Independent and collaborative work capabilities.
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
